CR Pride's Affirming Business Registry

 The CR Pride Affirming Business Registry is an interactive map of businesses that self-identify as LGBTQ owned or LGBTQ welcoming. The Registry is meant to be a resource for LGBTQ people in Linn and the surrounding counties to know where they can go and feel welcomed and affirmed. The Registry is open to businesses of all types, from small retail shops to large employers. CR Pride has been discussing the idea of making a registry of LGBTQ owned and welcoming businesses for sometime. We routinely have community members reaching out to ask if it's safe for our community to visit businesses throughout the corridor.  The recent Supreme Court decision in 303 Creative LLC v. Elenis, makes it easier for business owners to discriminate based on sexual orientation, race, disability, etc. based on their religious beliefs.
