Vendors,
Wow! What a showing. As of June 5, 2023, all available spaces have been reserved. We are currently discussing our options to offer more spaces. In addition, we have updated our payment deadline date to June 23, 2023. If any vendors have not paid or communicated payment is on the way, we'll fill those openings with individuals on the wait list. All vendors will receive their booth information sometime between June 29 and July 2. We will email the individuals whose email is listed on the application form.
Please be aware that at our 2023 festival vendors will need to provide their own tables for their booth space. CR Pride will not be able to supply tables in 2023. In addition, all vendors must agree to maintaining a family friendly space. This means no inappropriate material may be displayed or sold from the space. CR Pride reserves the right to ask material to be taken down for being inappropriate.
CR Pride values the vendor relationships that we have built over the years and are looking forward to having vendors at this years festival. In times like these, we’re reminded of how interconnected we all are. Thank you for being part of our community. Without you, none of it is possible.

We are closing our waitlist at this time due to high demand. Any organization that completed the vendor form by 5pm on June 15, 2023 is on the wait list.
